Booking Conditions:

• Reservations should be made 24 Hours in advance
• All bookings are subject for confirmation. Confirmation letter or Email should be presented upon arrival at the spa. Note, without making the full pre-payment the confirmation letter is invalid.
• Pre-payment can be made via online payment by credit card or transfer payment to our Siam Commercial Bank account and should be made 3 days before the treatment date
• For cancellations or changes, pre-payment made is non-refundable
